Calamagrostis x acutiflora 'Karl Foerster'
A strongly vertical  flower stem bleaching to a beautiful straw colour late in the season.  It provides good contrast to low-mounded perennials or shrubs.
Very architectural and superb for informal screening.

How to grow:
  • Full or part sun
  • Ordinary to poor soil
  • Tolerates either wet or dry conditions.
  • Divide and plant in spring or late summer.
  • Cut back in early spring
  • Deciduous
  • Height 1,6 - 1.8m
